The match report by the Veteran: The 14th match of the WC 2023 was a must win for both Australia and Sri Lanka as both of them lost their first two. In theory Sri Lanka could still make it but they would probably need a miracle for that. Australia after bowled Sri Lanka out for a meagre 209, won it with nearly 15 overs to spare despite loosing early wickets.

In the IL Master group, the match belonged to the Lone Wolf. She as we all know is a fierce competitor. She did start well in this tournament but after her first win she took things casually. In fact, she did a few uncharacteristic experiments which resulted in a couple of wooden spoons as well. But now she is back. This time she is demonstrating a deadly combo of extreme skill and Nazar 🧿 so powerful that just touching a wood isn’t working. Awesome job Lone Wolf. Keep it up.

The second position went to the Dude. The Dude could have won the match. But a last minute wicket by Madhushanka kept him aloof from his first trophy. However, was it just the skill of the bowler or some unearthly power that is a topic of debate in the IL Master group. Nonetheless, a great job but hard luck and best of luck for the future.

After coming to top of the Leader Board in the very last game, the Invincible lost this match real bad. In fact this match resulted in going from the top position down to the fifth. Need to do better mate and we know that you have it in you. All the best of luck for that.
