The match report by the Veteran: The 35th match of the WC 2023 was a do or die game for Pakistan, not so much for New Zealand though. However, after Pak winning this game, the next game is going to be the one deciding their fate for knock out. Not every day a team chase 402 and wins. In fact, people will surely question DLS after this win. However, to their merit Pakistan made 200 runs for the loss of just 1 wicket in 25 overs and the game at that point was definitely Pakistan’s to loose.

In the IL Master group, the Chupe Rustam continues his blitzkrieg form. With this win Chupe Rustam now came to the very top in terms of number of wins. In fact, he, in all probability, would have been leading the leader board had he not miss two matches. Other master’s could only watch in awe of what he had achieved. Today his had two of them. Other masters did not have any answer but to submit. Both his captain and vice captain gave him so much points that he won by sone margin even without having Kane Williamson. This is unfair to hide two of your trump cards in the same match Chupe Rustam, illegal even. However, we will take it. Great game though and congratulations 😀.

The second came the the Dark Horse. Now He is having some purple patch. Other members are not only shocked, most of them started to envy him. Looks like if a player is not in form and Dark horse takes him he might get his form back. Yes, he lost to Chupe Rustam today, however, he came to this match with 2 back to back wins and unless Chupe Rustam had the double trump card as his captain and vice captain, this would be a hattrick. Awesome job Dark Horse. Take a bow. Congratulations.

The wooden spoon of this match has gone to Luv. However, it is not his planning but his hatred towards Pakistan is probably the reason of this. He took only 2 players from the winning team and result we could see. Hard luck mate. Best of luck for future.
