India won their first match against Bangladesh on a tricky wicket to start their Champions trophy campaign with a positive note. Bangladesh who at one stage were writhing with 35/5, managed to finally make a decent score of 228 thanks to some sloppy fielding by Indian team and sensible batting display by their lower middle order. In the end India made it look easy by winning by 6 wickets and 4 overs to spare. Gill continued his awesome form in one day with a century.
In the IL Master group things were equally one sided. The Dark Horse has his second win in as many matches with more than 100 points difference from the second player. He is playing as if he is possessed and now among the tournament favourites. It is not a long tournament, so a couple more performance like this might be sufficient. In any case, other masters’ we need to up our games and soon. Dark Horse do not take us lightly. Congratulations for back to back wins and best of luck.
The second came Mr Man, from being second last in the last match Mr Man had improved to second from top in matter of one match. He fixed all his problems and only thing needed is a bit of luck. Show us that you have it in you in upcoming matches. Great game today. Best of luck for the next.
The wooden spoon of the match went to The Bond. The Bond who for some reason of his own is behaving differently and not throwing a lot of bondaps. May be that is what is needed to up your game. Best of luck for that.
